How long does setup take?
Timing depends on your phone provider, calendar and approved call-handling rules. We agree a launch date after configuration and review; there is no one-day guarantee.
Does it actually sound human?
The receptionist uses conversational AI voice. Ask for a demonstration in English or Spanish. We identify the receptionist as AI and review business-specific wording before launch.
How does pricing work?
The founding pilot is $750 setup plus $299/month from the approved go-live date. It includes 300 AI call minutes each monthly billing period; additional AI call time is $0.35 per minute. Unused minutes do not roll over. Taxes, carrier forwarding and out-of-scope integrations may cost extra. We confirm fit, scope and final terms before purchase.
Do I need to change my phone number?
The pilot is designed around forwarding selected calls from your existing business number. Availability and charges depend on your phone provider. We confirm the forwarding and rollback process before activation.
What if the AI can't handle a call?
We agree a human fallback with your business before launch. Requests the agent cannot handle are captured for follow-up. Live transfer is enabled only if it is in the agreed scope and has been configured. SMS is not included in the first pilot.
What is included in the pilot?
One business location, a dedicated inbound number, English and Spanish setup, approved lead intake, one supported calendar workflow, branded intake emails, 300 monthly AI call minutes, routine review, brief reporting and one routine script or knowledge update per month. Extra integrations and workflows are quoted separately.
What happens to caller information?
We agree access, recording and retention settings before launch. Collect only what is needed for the call and keep sensitive information out of intake. Review our Privacy Policy for the full details.
